Testicular self-examination (TSE) only takes a minute. Try to perform TSE about once every four weeks.

Choose a day that's easy to remember, like the first day of each calendar month. Doing this regularly means you'll soon get to know what feels normal for you. An abnormal testicle should feel smooth and firm, but not hard.
